08:00 after a good shower I prepare the kids for leave the house, outside is cold and rainy, kids and papa are ready to confront the bad wether

10:00 after a good morning round with the kidis in the wild wet streets of Berlin wedding, I'm back in home, now yoga and after that im ready to answer some mails and to cook some tasty thrash food

11:00 bad decision, no more thrash food, in what I was thinking about when I bought that... It could be good to know... I have some home work to do now

14:00 no much productivity this morning, some calls, some mails and now back to the streets
